About Edward King

​

Edward King is a Plymouth based ceramic artist working in stoneware clay, oxides and reactive glazes. His sculptural pieces explore ideas of destruction and anxiety. 

​

Edward's most recent exhibitions include London Design Week at Chelsea Harbour, Soshiro Gallery London and Devon Open Studios. He also appeared on The Great Pottery Throw Down in 2024. 

 

Edward is  one of the directors of Ceramexe CIC, a non-profit ceramics Cooperative based in Exeter, Devon. www.ceramexepottery.wixsite.com/ceramexe 

 

Edward holds a BA (Hons) in Art History & Japanese Culture and Language from Oxford Brookes University.
